Directed Program and Project Management oversight for AMResorts, for Business Units with resort locations in Caribbean, Mexico, and Central and Latin America (LATAM).  Provided Program and Project oversight for IT Infrastructure Instrumentation and Stabilization projects including TeaLeaf, Nagios and Kibana (or ELK) implementations.  Projects included Platform Migrations from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Internap to IBM SoftLayer platform and SAP OpenText implementation.  Provided vendor oversight (Ho1a, Presidio, Telmex) for PBX installation between US and Mexico. Responsible for the planning, facilitation and assessments required to manage and guide Enterprise Architecture roadmap and ensure the application inventory is updated and maintained accurately.   Facilitate SharePoint 2013, Janssen Application Inventory (A&I) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) updates based on application rationalization decisions made by Commercial IT team members. Responsible for maintaining and aligning J&J and McNeil project plans and schedules to ensure objectives are within the guidelines of the 2009 FDA Consent Decree. Produce status, finance, and risk reports. Lead status meetings with clients and key stakeholders of this Consumer Healthcare Company to ensure that deliverables and finances are within expectations and reflected in the project plans accordingly.
